  1.  At the GTNF forum, Brian.A.King, director of the U.S. FDA Tobacco Products Center, stated that the FDA is very supportive of vape innovation and will work hard to adapt to this change to promote innovative vape products to enter the U.S. market. At the same time, it stated that submitting a PMTA application for vape products does not mean that they can be sold legally.
