- In February 2024, China’s vapeexports to Hungary were approximately US$890,000, a month-on-month decrease of 61.28%, and a year-on-year increase of 12.9%; the export volume was approximately 14 tons, a month-on-month decrease of 66.39%, and a year-on-year increase of 176.74%.
- On April 16, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s comprehensive anti-smoking plan was passed by 383 votes to 67 votes. The opposition Labor front bench expressed support for the plan, but 57 Conservative MPs voted against it.

- BrkFst, the company of Nigerian singer Burna Boy, has entered into a five-year cooperation agreement with Aspire North America LLC, a subsidiary of vapecompany lspire Technology lnc., for the manufacture and distribution of vapes in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa and Europe. The move prompted condemnation from corporate responsibility and public engagement groups in Africa.
